Adsense Rules to Live by

I started Internet marketing about seven years ago was 15 years old in order to find another way to make a little extra money online. At that age in Texas it's illegal to have a full-time job and I knew I could make more money on online than at a  conventional job. Marketing is probably one the hardest business there is, nothing more competitive everybody wants to do it people from all over the world are doing it now, but it can be done but it takes a lot of dedication to win in this business. Discipline is absolutely  key there is no chance you're going to make any money without some effort. When  I first started out attempting to make money online it was really discouraging. You hear so much different advice from people on forums. There are so many different ways to do it, it can be really confusing. When I first started out I was trying so many different ways but nothing seemed to work. I felt like I was  wasting so much time reading bad advice from people. In most cases it takes six months to start making good money. It is tough and SEO can be very complicated but it doesn't have to be. It is very difficult to master and Google is always changing their algorithm, you never know when they're optimizing something.

Getting your page ranked in a decent spot takes a while there are some blackhat methods you can do to build a bunch of back links but Google is getting smarter every day. When you build a site on blackhat methods there is too much risk. Google could potentially sandbox your site and all that effort was for nothing. The best piece of advice I can give somebody starting out in this business is to just start building good quality content based around a topic that you love to write about something that interests you, or inspires you. Continue to keep building quality backlinks because everyday Google's algorithm is starting to be based less on back links and more on quality, content, and trust. They are getting  tired of all the spammers.Your goal should be to make money long term from your website.

You should be building a website that is useful to people so they'll keep coming back and bookmark your site. Set up your Adsense ads and as you gain more and more traffic from your site clicks will start to come. Content has nothing to do with design of your website it is all about providing useful information to the user. If you look at the successful websites on the Internet you will see they are not pretty they use the same old boring format. Nobody even uses flash anymore it is nothing but a drag on the users system. There are so many different programs you can use to build websites but your goal should be to build sites fast as well as ensuring each website has quality information for the specified users in your niche. I personally use a program called Xsitepro, basically of its easy functionality, there are hundreds of templates so I don't waste time searching for html templates. It requires no manual coding and is very user-friendly. The learning curve is obsolete compared to  Dreamweaver and WordPress. I have friends that already have 100 Adsense sites and their not meaningless spam either. The sites simply provide useful information to their viewers in a targeted specified niche. you can specify easily use keywords that average $1.00 a day, thats $100 a day and they rarely have to update the content.

Once again I say it's all about useful content think of something your good at. Something you can write about, it can be anything a passion, hobby, even past job skills you've acquired over the years. Even if you're not an expert at it most people aren't. Everybody has skills in certain areas and other people are weaker in certain areas. Make a site based with tips or guides on something and people will keep coming back. This is the foundation to a good bounce rate. I like to think of adsense as a retirement fund, put enough effort into and overtime it grows and grows. Just keep building websites and they will make a little more money each day. You never know which of your sites is gonna be a hit and you're making $20 a day from one site alone. Anybody can do this method, it requires some dedication but its a proven way to earn potenitally a full time income working at your own discrection.

Blogging For Begginers

Making money online is becoming more and more popular everyday. If your like me seeing ads saying "Work from home and make $65 an hour" has become the norm. This is a bit of an exaggeration. Its not impossible but highly unlikely without tons of dedication, research, and effort. However, making up some decent cash is definitely possible after some work. This will take time though.

The awesome thing about making money through Adsense and affiliate marketing is it doesn't require tons of time everyday and energy. It's all about being consistent and devoting at least an hour a day updating a few blogs, optimizing ads, or creating new content. The reason I love it is because I work on my time and at my own discretion. I can work on what I want and produce content that I enjoy producing. There is a market for practically anything you can think of, you just have to learn how to tap into it. After time it becomes a process to you and it really makes it feel more like a hobby than a job. Get involved in forums or hire and SEO consultant to help. This is the method I used for starting out, its actually amazing and saved me tons of time.

Get into a habit of updating your blogs at least 3-4 times a week. If you have extra time make another blog. I have multiple blogs and also maintain several different websites. This still only takes about two hours a day. Earning a full time income isn't going to happen fast. One thing I've learned over the years in this business is it takes time to build. I like to think of it like building a pyramid, starting from the base it seems impossible. Just keep laying one brick at a time and before you know you can work from all over the world.

Adsense Tips

Anybody can start trying to make money online through Google Adsense. All you have to do is apply at They have a very strict code of conduct and should be taken seriously. You have the potential to make some decent money off adsense if your market it correctly.

Some tips I can give to increase your chances of success:

Develop good quality content. Also spending a little more time on a site can really pay off. From my experience making a ton of really badly developed content according to a popular niche isn't really the way to go. I like to develop something that may be useful to people for years to come, thus increasing your revenue for the long-haul. From the research and short experience ive had with Adsense. Developing  good quality information is really the best way to go. Think of ideas by identifying questions you have about a particular subject and answer those questions in a blog. I believe a blog is the best way to start with adsense, you can get your feet wet while you continue to learn the game. Social networking can also be awesome for adsense. I dont mean spamming friend invites though Google really does have a very strict policy when it comes to spamming and plagiarism. But sharing your blogs with RL friends through social networking means.

Signing up for the major social networking sites is a must. Even if you only post your blog once that can become a very valuable backlink to your site.

Intel's new Sandy Bridge CPU

Thought I would mention something about the new sandy bridge line of processors that Intel came out two days ago. Its using the latest 32nm technology and has a completely new architecture. The PCI-E slot is on the same die as the memory and video controller thus shortening the distance required for communication. Why is this important? Well for one it shows a change in the industry and we could at some point in the near future no longer need gpu's at all.
Intel also changed the previous plans of using the 1156 socket and changed it to an new 1155. One pin difference. Typical really, just another way for them to force people to buy whole new pc's. Its also not going to be supporting DX 11 for awhile and users will be forced to use DX 10.1.

Here's a very interesting quote from wikipedia, well kind of scary really.

"In addition, Sandy Bridge processors will implement security features that include the ability to remotely disable a PC or erase information from hard drives. This can be useful in the case of a lost or stolen PC. The commands can be received through 3G signals, ethernet, or internet connections. AES encryption will be available for both video conferencing and VoIP applications."

choosing meta keywords for adsense

The recent devaluation of meta keywords by google has changed my view entirely on meta keywords.  A monopoly on Internet Marketing is the last thing we need. At this point they are not even needed and will make very little impact on your site. However, maintaining your integrity while choosing them is always a must. The last thing you want is your new site that you have worked so hard on to be flagged for something so silly. As I said before this business is about survival. The crawlers are getting smarter everyday so we must adapt with them. However when choosing your keywords remember to always choose relevant keywords and never use the same keywords for each page of your site.

Yahoo on the other hand still uses meta keywords, but if anybody has been paying attention to the stock market recently the future for yahoo doesn't look so bright. Google is growing everyday. This is bad for Internet Marketers because Yahoo is the only company left competeting against google and we all know competition is good for everybody. This isn't 2001 anymore and crawlers aren't relying 90% on keywords anymore.

Choosing a website topic for google adsense

There are several factors that come into play when choosing a website topic. Firstly, here is a rule of thumb that I live by, always develop content that you are passionate about or interested in. When you develop a site based on content that you have no interest in it is easily recognized. The only exception to this rule is if your are creating a site for a client. In this case you have display professional composure.

One problem alot of new developers have is not keeping their site consistent with their relevant topic. If for instance I search on google "how to download iphone apps" and I click on a blog and halfway through the post the editor starts talking about a new video game coming out I will be less likely to continue reading. This new generation of technology savvy individuals have very little patience when surfing the web. Always be consistent with your main topic. Survival is key. Using google's keyword tool is great to a certain extent. However, I never base a whole site project entirely from keywords, you will most certainly fail.
